Our particular expertise is with ACT! We have been providing consultancy and training in this product for a number of years to a wide client base and there is not much we have not come across before!
We have experience of other popular CRM software systems and we can bring all that experience to you to make sure that the system is set up to run the way your business runs. Services
From initial contact and requirements gathering to after-sales support you will always be dealing directly with people who know the products and understand your business. This means that there are no “empty promises” from a salesperson trying to close a deal! We do like to be involved from the initial stages of the decision-making process, just so that we can be sure that the product you have selected will do what you need it to do.
Depending on the product you choose and your level of expertise, we will provide consultancy to help you set up your software – including bringing in data from other systems (e.g. Excel) – and will configure it to fit the needs of your business. We will then train everyone who will be using the system (sometimes with larger installations we train some in-house experts) to make sure that the system will be used consistently and errors will be few! (We’ll also provide some hints and tips on what to do if things don’t go quite according to plan!)

We provide customised, on-premise training for your staff on all the above packages. We focus on the areas of the programs that will bring you the most business benefit, and we utilise our business expertise to match the software to your business processes.
